How do I report my payment?
If you use any of the following forms of payment, it is important that you notify us that your payment has already been made. Here's how to report your payment:
Bank Deposit or Transfer
1. Enter your account in the flower portal Trento
2. Click on My Account
3. Click on Report my deposit
4. Complete the data requested
5. Once we have detected your payment, we will send you an email notifying you that your deposit has been received.
6. Once received the mail, your order is scheduled
7. If you do not receive an email within 4 hours we ask you to contact Florería Trento.
Payment in OXXO or 7Eleven
If you pay by these means, we ask that you report by email with a copy of the receipt and the number of your order to the following address [email protected]
We remind you that both OXXO and 7 Eleven report payments 24 hours after they have been made so it is important that you consider this and confirm your payment to us immediately after it has been made.
Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
For Saturday afternoon and Sunday deliveries, you must place your order and pay on Saturday before 11:00 AM.
How does the shopping cart work?
The Shopping Cart works like in the supermarket, it gathers all the articles that you are acquiring to be sent to the same domicile in the same date and in the same schedule. If you wish to make different purchases, for two or more addresses, with different times and/or dates, you will need to make an order for each address.

Care of your flowers
Natural flowers are delicate, whatever the variety and therefore require care to last longer fresh and beautiful.
1. If you received the flowers in a bouquet or in a box, it is necessary that you place them
immediately in a vase with enough water, because if you leave them too long without it, the dehydration process begins.
2. The water of your flowers has to be as clean as possible, as they are natural and produce microorganisms that make your flowers wither faster.
3. It is recommended that when you change the water in your vase you cut 3 centimetres from the stem diagonally so that the water can be absorbed more quickly as deteriorated and old stems prevent the absorption of water.
4. Place your flowers in a cool place as the direct sun irremediably damages the flowers.

Shipping and Refund Policies
-Home delivery from $80 pesos and is subject to change depending on the destination colony.
-If the arrangement cannot be delivered for reasons beyond the control of the florist, it will be returned to the store.
-If you want to reschedule the shipment, it will have a new cost of home delivery.
-The colors and type of secondary flower can be substituted according to season or availability.
-The primary flower will not be modified.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds but will do our best to achieve your complete satisfaction.

Los pagos diferidos son una facilidad que te da tu banco, puedes escoger entre 3 o 6 meses y a partir del siguiente mes empiezas a pagar el monto correspondiente, es decir tus mensualidades respecto al tiempo seleccionado.
